Band & Ceramic Heaters
Ceramic band heaters are medium-to-high temperature heaters that have 1200 oF as a maximum working temperature. These durable heaters have in-built ceramic fibre jackets that make them energy efficient. Ceramic band heaters are available with different terminal styles, are fully flexible, and can accommodate holes and cut-outs.
Our ceramic band heater is available in three different models including Socket-Type Ceramic Band Heater, Ceramic Capped Pin-Type Band Heater and SS Braided Cable-Type Band Heater. These ceramic band heater consist of helically wound resistance coil, which is made of nickel chrome wire. This coil is passed through holes in specially designed ceramic bricks, in a manner that the coil is evenly stretched and flexible ceramic heating mat gets formed. This mat is covered with insulating fiberglass wool for eliminating heat emission on outer portion of the band.
